Responsibility Limitation

This responsibility limitation policy applies to all web sites of the Government of Panamá.

All the information contained in this web site should only be utilized by the user in a responsible, adequate and good intentioned manner. The users accept the fact that the documents published, by itself, should not be treated as official documents, unless it is stated expressly.

In consequence, the Government of Panama assumes any responsibility and rejects any claims for any loses, damages or economic indemnity, of any nature, be it directly or as a consequence that could be directly or indirectly attributable as a result of the use or trust with respect with any information, link or services offered through this web site.
